Help a Child has been present in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) since 2008, where it carries out interventions in North-Kivu, South Kivu and Ituri.
Our innovative approaches and community roots ensure that the assistance we provide reaches the most vulnerable. We continue to adapt to the DRC context, to continue to provide an appropriate response to the needs of children who are affected by poverty, violence and warfare.
We are guided by our Christian values, with a team of experienced Congolese working in liaison with experts from our Netherlands-based headquarters.
