Help a Child DRC works mainly in the most vulnerable parts of Eastern DRC to meet the needs of children in need. Through integrated programming in Child Protection and SGBV, we also provide psychosocial support, emergency education, food security and livelihoods, and water, sanitation and hygiene services.

We place communities at the heart of our work, promoting the localisation of aid through local Congolese organisations whose skills we strengthen, as well as state and community structures, which are the key players in our grassroots work.
